Let’s Talk Shipping
We ship everywhere in the U.S. and Canada. Orders typically head out within 2-3 business days, and you'll get a tracking number as soon as your art is on the move.
Delivery times?
- Standard shipping: Usually takes 3–7 business days once it’s shipped
- Framed and canvas pieces might take just a little longer (they’re fancy like that)
Heads up: We’re a small but mighty team, so during busy seasons (like holidays or big sales), things might take a smidge longer—but we’ll always keep you in the loop.
Where we ship:
Right now, we only ship within the U.S. & Canada. International friends—we love you, and we’re working on it!
Returns
Not feelin’ it? No worries, we get it. Art is personal.
You’ve got 30 days from when your order arrives to request a return. Just make sure the piece is in its original condition (aka unhung, and not damaged). We’ll send over the return details and get the ball rolling.
A few things to note:
- We don’t cover return shipping (we wish we could!)
- We can’t accept returns on custom orders or final sale items
- If your order is wrong, let us know ASAP with a photo so we can make it right.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we cannot accept exchanges. We can return the original product and help you place a new order for the product you wish to purchase instead.
What if my art arrives damaged?
Ugh, that’s the worst—and super rare. But if it happens, don’t worry. Snap a photo and email us at hello@wallartco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund ASAP.
How to start a return:
Just email us at hello@wallartco.com with:
- Your order number
- What you’d like to return or exchange
- A quick note on why (totally optional but helpful!)
