Refunds, Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your art. Like, full-on heart-eyes every time you walk past it. But if something’s not quite right, no stress—we’ve got your back.
Not feelin' it?
You’ve got 30 days from the day your order shows up to let us know you’d like a return. Just make sure the art is:
- In the same condition you got it (aka no dents, tears, or wall-hanging attempts)
- Still in the original packaging, if possible
Once we get it back and give it a quick once-over, we’ll process your refund.
Heads up: Return shipping costs are on you unless it showed up damaged or we messed something up (oops—rare, but we’ll make it right if it happens).
What can’t be returned:
We try to keep it simple, but there are a few things we can’t take back:
- Custom pieces (anything made just for you)
- Final sale items
- Anything that’s been clearly hung up, handled too hard, or damaged after arrival
What if my art arrives damaged?
Ugh, that’s the worst—and super rare. But if it happens, don’t worry. Snap a photo and email us at hello@wallartco.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll send a replacement or refund ASAP.
How to start a return:
Just email us at hello@wallartco.com with:
- Your order number
- What you’d like to return or exchange
- A quick note on why (totally optional but helpful!)
We’ll send you the next steps. Promise it’s easy. Please note, you're refund may take up to 14 days to show on your credit card.
Exchanges:
Unfortunately, due to system limitations, we cannot accept exchanges. We can return the original product for you and help you place a new order for the product you wish to purchase instead.
